A lotta draft talk here but free agency comes first. Who would you like to see the Saints possibly getting? Here's the caveat for this thread, make a case for the need and affordability. You're already obligated to some new big contract money to #1. Franchise tagged his cap hit is likely even higher.

HERE is a fair list of the top 100 FAs.

I'm interested in Jeremy Maclin. He's young and talented.

I second this. He is physical, has good speed, great hands, and GETS SEPERATION!

I'm looking at guys who might be remotely feasible options.

WR
Jeremy Maclin
Emmanuel Sanders

CB
Sam Shields (I don't think we can get him)
Tarell Brown (who I don't see on the list)

Don't get me wrong, I'd love to get Jairus Byrd, Alterraun Verner and Alex Mack, but I don't see it happening.

I didn't think we could afford Ben Grubbs. Sometimes the numbers work.

I think we can get another solid Corner here and focus the draft on WR and OL.

Every year they pick up players at multiple positions and try to "fill" all needs.

Usually its guys we aren't even thinking about. Keenan Lewis really wasn't on most of our radars until rumors leaked that the Saints were interested.

I'll bet they bring in a WR, an OL (backup level, IMO), and a DB.

Decker is not even feasible. He's going to get #1 WR money and he's never been a #1 Wr. I like Decker, but he's going to get more money than he's worth.

Plus we can't pay him # 1 WR money.

I'm interested to see what the market is for Maclin.

I want Maclin bad. If we could afford Talib as well that would be amazing

We always get/go after 1 or 2 guys each offseason that no one though we could squeeze in (Grubbs, Lofton and Hawthorne, Lewis, Kruger). It'll be interesting to see what magic Mickey can work this year. I'd love to secure a DB or Center this year. Jarius Byrd would be my #1 on the FA wishlist, but he may be too pricey.

Shields if we can make the $$ work. Never have enough good CBs in today's NFL.

Decker is an obvious want, but just not likely.

Maclin and Edelman are two I'd really consider. Both can be had for relatively cheap. I'd lean more toward Edelman because of his ability to return punts. He could really help the offense in the return game, and he's a solid receiver. I do think that Maclin is likely the most attainable, and he would absolutely improve he WR group.

Look for the Saints to try and add OL depth and a corner as well.
