I downloaded Don't Starve from the PSN store two nights ago. It's currently free for PS plus members. shite is addicting and idk why! Anybody else playing this? Any tips? I love how they just drop you in the woods and you have to use trial and error to see what works.

I downloaded it as well. It is very intriguing at first, but I just think it is too similar to minecraft.
That isn't necessarily a bad thing for many, but I am pretty burnt out on that type of game.

I never played Minecraft so it's a new experience for me. Maybe that's why I'm so hooked.

I think it could be fun....but I couldn't figure out what the hell I was doing. I died like 6 times in a row and gave up. I'll have to try again I guess.

I made it to day 57 so far.
I'm pretty set up have my fort built with all my stuff and gardens and what not.
Made in through winter #1 and about to have winter #2 soon.
Awesome game, kinda easy though once you learn what you are doing, multiple streams of people with 150+ days already.

Impressive. I got to day 7 and was pumped. 
I always get a little too brave and put myself in situations that I can't get out of. Like exploring a cave with almost no health and running from a group of giant flesh eating rabbits until my torch burns out and I'm in complete darkness.

Shameless bump of own thread!
Is anyone still playing this? I can't stop playing this damn game. I made it to day 58 last week and that was the longest I've survived so far. The craziest thing about this game for me is spending all the time to make it to day 50 something and then dying doesn't even affect me. I just immediately click retry and gladly start over from scratch over and over. It's retarded.

i play it some. i like to start a custom map and turn off all the bad guys, make it only summer and only daytime. Its like easy mode

I downloaded it because it was free. Ended up putting battlefap down to play. I've enjoyed it so far. Its kinda like a Tim Burton top down survival.
Markiplier has a series of lets plays on YouTube that are pretty lengthy but great help for getting started with the game.

I watched the first one a couple weeks ago. I had to stop because it was so frustrating watching him trying to figure everything out.
I'll check out the later ones since I'm sure he got the hang of it.

yea he was a little lost at first. I think I watched the first 5 episodes. Still a lot of stuff I have no clue about. But I am doing just fine trapping bunnies and cooking them. Good luck!

How are you surviving winter? Using a winter hat and heat stone worked but it was a pain in the arse. I can't kill the damn elephant thing to make the puffy vest.
