And I don't know why you wouldn't be...

Buds is selling the EAA witness for $363 NIB right now

LINK

ETA: don't buy unless you're willing to get hooked on the cartridge

Tanfoglio makes a good CZ75 clone from what I've read.

I hear ya, if you can find a delta elite for $363 let me know!

I just know a few have expressed interest/curiousity in the round here and this is an affordable way to get started.

for 200 hundred more bucks you can get a Glock.

This may be a good deal but I just don't know anything about this manufacturer.

True, and I certainly wouldn't fault them. My glock 10mm is my favorite gun. To some people 200 extra bucks is a good chunk of change though. I just wanted to pass this along. I don't know anything about EAA either, only that they are one of 4 manufacturers that make a 10mm to my knowledge along with Colt, Glock, and Dan Wesson

I'd pay 200 more for the Witness over a Glock.

Not a bad deal.

And I know RIA got in the 10mm 1911 game last year, partial or full dust cover:

I like it, but that thing looks like it weighs 6-7 pounds.

I believe EAA is the distributer of Tanfoglio in the US.

Thanks for the heads up. I'm a budget gun shopper for the most part, but I'd rather spend a couple of extra hundred bucks and get the Glock.

I've been very interested in the EAA guns. I love my CZ so much that I want to try some of the clones. (IWI/Magnum Research, Canik 55/Tristar, EAA/Tanfoglio)

I know this stuff is subjective, but this really confuses me.

The CZ clones are finely crafted works of art with few peers in the gun world. Glocks are disgusting utilitarian tools made to do a dirty job by M&P.
