What age does a woman become a "cougar"?

Talking with the wife and she has a very attractive friend who likes younger men and is 38 my wife says she is too young to be a cougar...I say BS, any woman over about 35 and who likes younger men is a cougar..right?

To me, a milf is an not necessarily older. She really just has to have a kid.
A cougar is at least 10 years older than the guys she is looking for and doesn't have to have kids.
The big difference here is aggression. A milf is just a good looking woman with a kid. A cougar is actively looking for a younger man.
