That looks legit and I would destroy it. Funny, I've never eaten there, but almost made a trip over there on Saturday. I've heard their tamales are solid.

Guillory's is really good. They have great housemade sausages and their tamales are excellent.

I didn't click the link but I assumed it was Guillory's. I'd recommend adding grilled onions to it. It's sinfully delicious. You can't beat the prices at that place. They have four different lunch specials today all under $8.

Agreed. They have pretty damn good burgers as well. Huge and cheap.

So it's basically a Mesoamerican dish with French bread and English cheese. Nothing says yum like a little fusion.
