I'm usually not one who goes for the three course meal package, mostly because one course is desert. I rarely order desert at a restaurant, usually because I'm too full. When I do eat one I generally find they're more appealing to the eye than the palate.

However, there are a few restaurants on the list I might be willing to make an exception for.

Share your experience if you have one.

Restaurant Week gives you the opportunity to enjoy the very best restaurants Baton Rouge has to offer at irresistible price points. From $15 - $35 per person, these unique three course menus are sure to tempt your taste buds at unheard of prices.

Reservations are highly recommended as many restaurants will quickly book up. This is a great week to experience places you've been meaning to try. Plus, you'll be supporting the local restaurant industry and the Greater Baton Rouge Food Bank which will receive a $5,000 donation on behalf of participating restaurants and DIG Magazine.

I went to Bin 77 last night. It was very good. had the duck carnitas, veal shank and chocolate bread pudding. Each course was paired with a well poured wine. $50.

I've done Flemings in the past Restaurant Weeks as well as Little Village. Pretty decent deal and a good excuse to get out.

Went to La Caretta yesterday. If anyone is planning on going, don't get the barbacoa tacos. Not very good

Bin 77 sounds interesting. The Little Village did catch my eye.

We are going to Little Village and Nino's. Good way to help support some restaurants.

I live a couple blocks from this place and refuse to go. It's awful.

Went last night and I didn't think the Restaurant Week meals were up to the normal level that Beausoleil is known for. I got the shrimp ceviche which was ok but not great. The main course was the rib-eye, la caja china style. It was too thin to cook properly so it ended up being dry. I ordered it mid-rare and came out closer to med-well but like I said, it was too thin to really cook properly. Dessert was good but not great.

I did hear that they were expecting a very large crowd tonight so you would probably need reservations

I normally can get a decent meal from this place, and for only $15 I wasn't going to pass it up (mainly cause I am a sucker for chips and queso), but I was very disappointed with the food yesterday... Or at least what I got, others seemed to enjoy their entrees
