On my min deer hunting rifle,.270, I have scratches on the barrel from driving/walking through woods etc. Any ways to touch these up? It is a matte black finish. Thanks

I've got dummy marks/idiot scratches from the slide stop on my 1911. I know, I'm an idiot for getting them on there. Any way to buff those out without Cerakote? It's a stainless gun and I like it that way. Will a gunsmith polish them out or something?
