Got a considerably large hole in a wall, and the decision has been made to have it professionally done.

Who are some of the top dry wall repair companies in Baton Rouge that are also affordable?

Not exactly...more of an "ex-girlfriend is crazy" hole.

I helped my FIL hang sheetrock this weekend. It was my first time and it was not difficult at all. You can do it. Post a pic of the size of the hole and there are plenty of OTers that can assist you.

I know how to do it. My girlfriend's uncle owns the house, and he wants it professionally done.

I think it's dumb, but anyway, I'm in charge of lining up a pro. Hence why I'm looking for trustworthy companies on here.

It's about a 9 inch by 5 inch hole. Think foot size

Looking for info too.

Changing out light fixtures in kitchen and need to have two recessed 4 foot light fixtures covered up.

Was unsure if a painter we're going to hire could do it or not.

Find the studs
Cut hole or whole sheet of sheet rock out
Patch and tape
Mud or spackle
Texture(you can buy it at Home Depot)
Paint

I've been known to knock some holes in walls before. It isn't hard at all

Craftsmen Plus has done odd jobs like that for me on rental properties and they were reasonable and professional. Here's their website:
