The Boat Ramp (Port Neches) vs H&M (Crowley) Any opinions on them?

I'm still working on my Xpress purchase. I'm between The Boat Ramp in Port Neches and H&M in Crowley. Price is pretty close.
I've seen quite a bit of negative comments on H&M. Not much out there on The Boat Ramp.
Any horror stories?

H&M beat the next lowest price on my Yamaha outboard by $1,500. That's all I know about them.

h & m has been known to foul-up the initial set-up of outboards. however, that has been many years ago.

H & M is known for being the cheapest around. But terrible customer service afterwards. Owner (short fat cocky guy) is a prick and an ex outlaw. Don't trust nothing he tells you
