NO! Isn't going to happen! Kid isn't an EE. Magee is your starter and for good reason.

Couldn't just post on the same thread that's already started on this page?

You think he will, honestly?
Why?
Why?

he will get significant carries in his first game
btw you suspect.
I'll explain myself LSU has no depth at running back, TM and KH are decent running backs but they don't have top RB skill. LF is potentially a very good top in the country RB. He may be young he may not be patient at times but there is no way TM and KH are going to be enough to be a running threat against Wisconsin. This is a different situation then when JH came in we had running backs that were a threat that could create themselves, I don't believe TM and KH are this. LF must get carries early because we just don't have that much skill outside of him at the RB position.
I don't think he gets the most carries in the game but he sees a good bit at-least 10

Oh he'll play for sure.
And that's funny. I almost bit. Almost.

No. Will probably see one or two snaps....

Going to prove himself the better back over the summer and beat out McGee who will continue to be used similar to how he was last year.

But he doesn't report until the fall

I edited my post explaining why he get's significant carries
pretty much KH and TM are not backs that are a large running threat (I don't even if I know KH will even do that much he all but disappeared this year)
so not even Bama when they had their top nation RBs could live with one or two running backs. We need LF to get carries because we need a running threat. (TM and KH don't provide enough)

No. Magee will start.
LF still has alot to learn. As much as I want to say he will be great from day one, i'm not expecting that much at start.

No, but excluding Jeremy Hill, being a starter for LSU is just a label recently. He'll get his touches.

a better question to ask how many carries will LF get in this first game. (assuming the game remains close all game)
I would say 10 or about 1/3 of the carries maybe less.
TM will be over half
KH will get a handful of carries. (I just don't think he is much any more)

Then fall, doesn't matter who the starter really is as LF will end the game with more carries. Still think he takes first snap or Hilliard will
Posted on 1/14/14 at 8:10 am to catholictigerfan
Sure, that's fair, because we are probably going to have 50 running plays.

Magee 20 AJ/Harris 10
