Got a new knife for my birthday. Been a loyal benchmade fanboy for a while and have been carrying a mini grip and barrage for some time now. This knife blows them out the water from the factory grind to the blade shape to the s30v steel. It's the same length as the mini grip, but just feels and handles better. Anyone looking for a smaller edc should put the mini ritter on their list. That is all. Subtle brag/show off thread is subtle. Skoal can for reference.

They're just fricking well made knives. Knifeworks in north la is the only store that sells the doug ritters. He has about 7 knives from minis to full size fixed blades. Free 2 day shipping. I stand to gain zero plugging this company, but I like to tell people about companies that are good to deal with because it's rare nowadays.
That carbon blade is bad arse too btw. I have a few blades in 440 that will scare you after you touch up on ceramic and strop.

frick, now I am like a kid in a candy store looking at a million Benchmades on their website.

ETA: They are showing $119 on knifeworks for the one you have and I would get it in the black, and the black blade but it's out of stock

Hate to break it to you chief but that is a Benchmade. Nothing more than a Griptilian with a different blade. So you are still a Benchmade fanboy even if you don't know it...

I was trying to decide if I should tell him it's just a different style of the mini-grip.

Lol, I know. frick, the name is the mini ritter grip. Doug ritter didn't reinvent the wheel, and I didn't say he did. All I said was the blade steel, grind and shape were different.
Nevermind. Thanks for educating me today.

Hey B&B, give Roger a call. I've been several times to there warehouse and bought things they are "out of stock" on. If they get really low on a popular knife they will put them out of stock so they don't sell something they do not have. He may have a couple still in stock.
