Looking for land to lease or club to join- where to look?

Looking like I'm probably gonna lose my hunting spot before next season, so I'm looking for something else early. Anyone got any recommendations on where to look? Anything south of 20 in LA or MS would be considered.

There are plenty of places in south MS for you to join. We just love to have coonasses come up and shoot every spike, button buck, and doe that moves. 
I gave up the deer hunting and usually just duck hunt now. I've seen several south MS deer leases listed on MS sportsman and craigslist

I hunt in MS and I can tell you that I don't hunt on other people's land, shoot at night, or cut the front quarters off like plenty of the locals do.
ETA: checking sportsman, probably still a little early

We have 2 spots left in my family farm. There is a size limit of 160" or better, or 5 1/2 years old or older. We also have tons of flooded corn fields. Deer only is 1500, ifyou want ducks too, its 1800 per season.
