Everyone is talking about George Karl. Everyone forgets about Lionel Hollins. He was fired last year after he brought Memphis to conference finals. He should be a canidate to consider.

Everyone wants George Karl because they'd be happy with a string of a dozen first round exits.

If Karl gives us what he gave Seattle during his Golden Years, would anyone be disappointed?

I'd be happy winning 50 games every year for the next 5 seasons... We need to learn how to win before we worry about the frickin playoffs. Too many people want to skip steps.

I'm all for hiring GK, but those Sonics teams were some of the best teams to never win a championship, so pump the breaks.

Hakeem's Rockets and especially the 72-win Bulls had a lot to do with that.

No shite

They only happened to play in an era with some of the best teams in NBA history

Karl just happens to have the 6th most coaching wins all time. He hasn't won a title; neither did Jerry Sloan or Don Nelson. I love how he is unable to win a title just because he never has before

I remember when the Saints could never win a SB or LBJ could never win a ring. Yeah...
