The problem repeats itself over and over as the black community turns a blind eye to their own problems while claiming racism at every chance they get to the white population. Obviously all you can do is the best you can and make sure your kids understand life. The problem is that there needs to be ten million more of you, same as me. I can't control what Joe Bob down the road does, but I understand my actions have lasting impressions on many more people than just me.

Honestly, we all know how to end this shite, but no politician has the balls to do it. The people who break the law with major offenses almost always come from broken homes, daddy is gone, they have a few half siblings, education is something that is shunned, and they were unwanted from the start. I've got a few plans to end this, and hopefully over the course of a generation or two, you'll see the incarceration rate dramatically decrease:

1) Anyone with a 5 years or more sentence gets a complementary vasectomy/tube tying.
2) Anyone who has a kid while on welfare gets a complementary vasectomy or tube tying.
3) Any man who has had 4 kids out of 4 different households gets a bullet between his eyes.
4) Once you have your 5th kid, you get a complementary vasectomy/tube tying, regardless of social class.
5) Abortions and condoms would be completely complementary and encouraged by the government.

You give those 5 policies 20 years, and I just about guarantee that the crime rate will plummet, and in 40 years, the bad kids would be the exception and not generally expected by the population.

This is the only one of your points I don't agree with. I am 100% behind your other ones however.
