Craving a really good burger and good fries for lunch tomorrow. Usually do the Sports Grill but want something different. Suggestions?

Magic Grill on 165N
Aaron's Pharmacy on 18th
Outback (believe it or not)
Portico has a good burger.
Melvyn's is also good.

The other day, someone mentioned that I should try a burger from Aaron's pharmacy. Do they serve those daily? I didn't even know they sold food

They have an excellent burger during the day. Try it soon!!

Daq's, Trio's, or the Creamery would be my choice. The steak fries at Trio's are good, but stay away from the homemade chips.

The Pickle Barrel is the only answer. Great burgers , amazing beer selection and tell me another place you can get Cottage Fries

Damn fine chocolate malt out there also. That's not too far from the Geauxt Pen.

There was an irish pub with a good burger many years ago. The name escapes me though.

Enoch's. Great burgers. The Bleu Cheese burger being my favorite. I'll also throw the Samburger at Waterfront in with the previously mentioned good Funroe burgers. Also the cheeseburger w/ duck fat fries at Cotton is top notch.

Enoch's is the joint you're thinking about. Plenty of good burgers in this thread.

Went with the cheeseburger and cottage fries at Pickle Barrel. Pretty good and toasting the bun is always a Big Plus for me! Thanks for the suggestions and I will keep the others in mind for next time!

Rays pege
Ray's went to shite when he sold it to the other fella and his short wife. The head cook started his own gig on 165 called Magic Grill. It is the way Ray's used to be.

Yes! I liked grabbing a beer there too. You didn't have the usual trash that went to places like Top Gun.
