Payless, aka Leblanc's, aka Fraische Marsche, should make an offer for the recipes and name.
Open up a "Cal's Bakery" in each store. Really they are selling the pastries and brownie ends. The cakes weren't their market so Payless already has that covered.
Not sure if the Cal's name is well known enough outside of AP.

Speaking to someone it sounds like they may be open a month more. Land and building were sold but not the company. Not sure what that means for the future of the recipes.

Lmao I'm a little late but I worked there and the owner was not Cal, it was his nephew. So you couldn't have been getting a text from Cals son.
