Indiana football had one of the worst defenses in the country in '13.

How does this relate to LSU you ask?

Indiana: Kevin Wilson has announced that defensive coordinator Doug Mallory and defensive line coach Jon Fabris will not return

I often wonder how these guys get picked up with terrible resumes and results.

So now you know where Mallory has been and what terrible defense he was coaching.

Yeah, it is interesting that guys can still find jobs after it is obvious they don't have "it."

Where's the other guy from "Malveto" these days?

Yeah, I felt silly for asking, I guess it was more rhetorical than anything because I immediately searched him on the internet to see where he was. Ha. Thanks for the link, though.

Mallory also laid waste to New Mexico's defense before meandering his way over to Indiana.

They don't call it a coaching "fraternity" for nothing. One team's fired DC is another team's new linebackers coach.

Well, in all fairness, we kick 'em before they leave too.

Some coaches are pretty good individual position coaches, but for what ever reasons, just don't make very good Head Coaches or Coordinators.

I'd take Mallory back right now (And that's saying a lot ) to coach that shite show of a Defensive Secondary that CR has put out on the field the last two seasons.

Hey, how about Tri-Defensive Secondary coaches? Raymond to recruit them. Mallory to coach CB's and Ron Cooper to handle the Safeties.

Go check out the Pass Defense stats for the last two years. Hard to believe how many passing yards we've given up. Something has to be done about the Chinese Fire Drill/Headless Chicken Secondary.

OK Les, we're waiting, One down, at least one more to go.

This is why nepotism is bad.

Indiana....really? true, they're probably not elite coaches but we're talking about Indi-fricking-ana...the graveyard of college coaching. JS.
