I'm seeing $680k to $840k in a Detroit Free Press article.

That's too much for Nuss. What was great about Bama's scheme?

Last night I saw he would be in the top 5 highest paid coordinators, which would be 1mil+.

No kidding. Its not like Nuss is all of a sudden going to bring in a superior offensive line and offensive talent to ram the ball down people's throats.

For the chance to get away from Saban?

Priceless.

Yeah, I caught a BTN radio show on the way home, and they mentioned a million plus.

I think there is some sleight of hand going on here. Some dumb Michigan fans think Nussmeier is the answer to instituting a term I know Trey is familiar with - manball. But, with another year of Devin, I think Brady wants a guy who can mix a bit of spread better than Borges, but not get some pure spread coach when he has to go back to ground and pound. Answer - bring in a guy who can do both and will probably only be around a year or two, anyway. Dave Brandon has no problem financing all of this because he is tied to Hoke and will do whatever he can to save him. This gets Joe Public off of Hoke and Brandon's back for a year or two.

Another 8-5/7-6 year and Hoke will be gone.

It would put him at 24-16, at best, over 3 years.

11-2 in Y1 and then 24-16 the next 3 will have alumni calling for his head.

..especially with another loss to Ohio State.
