So do you see this as a long term career option for LK?

What exactly is the risk at hand?

Kiffin acting like he has everywhere else he has been. I'm not saying he's not a great offensive mind. Just wonder what happens the first time something goes wrong.

This is just mind blowing. And not in a good way.

Keep your jimmies in check until we see the results. A difficult thing to do, I know, since we have no more college football for several months.

If you are worried about his mouthiness, I doubt that will be a problem. Saban does not let assistans talk to the media very often, and that would go doubly so for Kiffin.

If you are referring to his poutiness....well, we shall see. I would think that his interactions with Saban and the rest of the staff over the past month has alleviated some concerns on this end, but he may just be a damn good bullshitter.

Please hire Coach Ogre as a package deal. Drive to Oxford in a Hummer just to flip Freeze the bird.

It amuses me that everyone forgets that Saban took Lance Thompson back and he (supposedly) did way worse than Kiffin.

Saban will keep Kiffin on a short leash and I can't wait to see what he can do with the weapons we have on O!

There's no doubt it would be a clean slate for him, and he'd be an idiot to screw it up. But, if somebody could, it would be Kiffin.

I would just be more worried about recruits knowing they will have a new OC within a year or so if the go to CNSU now.

Well if you can't trust Zac from Indianapolis Twitter account that has a link to a dead URL for a home page who can you trust?

Good point. I guess it's time to run with it like everyone else.

Saban doesn't care about that because he knows he can get away with anything.

Maybe, maybe not. Ricky Town, the #1 QB for 2015, has already remarked about looking forward to developing a relationship with the new OC, whoever that may be.

now Bama just needs to hire Orgeron to complete the cycle.

That was before LK became a viable option. The way I see it you have two options here. 1. He comes in and is mediocre to bad which means he will be gone or 2. He has a repeat of his 2005 year at USC and uses that as a stepping stone back to a HC somewhere. Either way he is not a long term solution for UA OC.

I still find it funny that you guys are all up on LSU fans asses as being the most that post on here about other programs. It is an LSU message board you tards. Of course you are going to see more LSU fans

I think it's a bad hire because the dude hasnt been able to keep a job and is a shady guy. Could have done better. But he will be good recruiter, but then everyone can negative recruit against him. So it goes both ways.

Bama isnt going to suck, he wont be there long enough for that to happen. So we will just have to wait and see on this one.

Orgeron and Kiffin in Ttown would create a recruiting black hole. Doesn't hurt that the guy can actually coach the dline.

Bama hasnt had a long term solution at OC since Saban has been here. We dont expect him to stay around long if he does his job.
