I never get tired of watching the first one
The 2nd one I have never seen, not sure what the deal is there

The first one he's just calling a blocking foul enthusiastically.
Refs will do that to counteract the home crowd. If a collision happens because somebody was trying to take a charge, and the crowd roars because they think it's a charge but the ref sees it's a blocking foul, the referee will enthusiastically call a block as if to tell the crowd you're wrong.
