I guess these were the rumblings that were being discussed several days ago.

Staying at administrative role, which is actually a great spot for him and the team.

Plus the addition of two new coaches

Damn Les never fires a coach like that - always lets them "take another job". Writing must be on the wall for Les

It's one thing to trail Bama in the West. To be behind Aub (Malzahn) with A&M and Miss. breathing down your neck is not a comfortable position, I'm sure. There's no wide gap between Bama/LSU and the rest of the division. Too many elite recruits got away this cycle. Have to get someone to upgrade the OLine and add to the recruiting effort.

roll your eyes all you want, but its the truth.
Stud cant coach up the oline worth a flip, was a disaster as OC, and apparently cant recruit either.

Les is wanting to bring in a staff that can get the kids NFL ready and make them more attractive to recruits and win more. Can't win recruiting battles anymore by just being LSU

I agree. I think he should be the guy that eventually takes over for Sam Nader.

I think Haley is gone which would be a huge blow. He's arguably one of our better position COACHES and definitely our best/second best recruiter. It's a crying shame he's one of the lowest paid on staff. I don't get it.

Stud
Ensminger
Haley

That's my guess.

I realize Stud has done a poor job and am glad he is gone.

I rolled my eyes because you are insinuating that Les is on the hot seat after a 10 win season.

If that is not what you meant to imply, then you were not very clear about it.

Well, this should put and end to 'who is running the offense'. Looks like Cameron is cleaning house and Les is watching the show. Kudos to both.

I dont understand why 10 wins is such a sticking point to people... it doesnt mean nearly as much as it did previously - we play more games!
By "writing is on the wall" I meant its clear that the West is getting better and better. Bama isnt going anywhere, Auburn was in the NC game, A&M has a fantastic recruiting class coming in and Ole Miss is clearly on the way up.
LSU needs to be striving to IMPROVE, not maintain. Kicking Stud to the curb is a step in the right direction.

Yeap, So now Cam Cameron is firing people. I thought during the season Les was handcuffing him again? Les runs this ship.

We recruited two LaTech players? isn't that a violation?
