Any recommendations?

Looking at this one but the reviews on almost all the worklights are terrible. LINK

I have a similar set, they work when I want them to.

Depends on what you are using them for. You can get a 1000 watt for $35 from Lowes. They are from Utlitech and have worked well for our night fishing trips with the geni. Cheap enough to not worry about salt corrosion n such.

Get the cheapest ones you can find then. Should be golden for occasional use. I finished my fence with a 500w single that sat one the ground.

I bought those exact lights for nightfishing. They set up pretty easy but the bulbs burned out fast. Kinda cheaply made. I dont expect them to make it through two more trips.

My advice would be the same as the above poster, go cheap and get a new one if it craps out.

IIRC, there is a 2x1000w one there for $55. I almost bought it, but they were out of stock last time I was there.

Ended up buying 4-500w at $7.99 a piece. They put out decent light, and I am happy with them. No shutoff switch though. You have to unplug them to turn the things off, but that can be remedied by installing a switch on an extension cord

Got the cheap workforce for 35. Let's see how it goes.

Be gentle moving them while on, they burn hot and the filaments are easily broken then.

Yeah, I also took the precaution to use gloves while handling the bulbs so the oil wouldn't get on the bulb.
