I didn't even know Lovie was hired.
But damn he is putting together a good staff.

Lovie don't need no DC (though Frazier will be a good one). Lovie needs help at OC and QB coach.

where you been lol
I agree Jeff Tedford as OC and Frazier as DC he also wanted Marinelli but he is still in Dallas
There is a reason he wanted the clause in his contract saying he could make all personnel decisions, yesterday at his pressed he said he waited a year to get back (and is very glad he did because he is at his dream job and the 1st place he started in the NFL and where his whole family lives etc) so that he could make the proper connections to put together a staff he wanted, something he wasn't given the luxury of in Chicago.
So far he's knocking it out of the fricking park

He said that yesterday and said he had only 1 guy in mind and called him immediately (it was his 1st hire) to get Jeff Tedford, said he knows he needs a QB guru who has a similar dedication to the running game

Did not know he has Tedford. Nice hire.
As a Saints fan, I say..... shite.

Yeah, as a Falcons fan, I'm less than thrilled about what's going on in TB right now

He got a former WRs coach from Chicago Andrew Hayes-Stoker as a WRs coach
A Marinelli protege Joe Cullen who's coached the last 2 years at Cleveland as DL coach
Likely gonna hire Tony Sparano as OL coach (its who he wants and Oakland only wants to offer him a 1-yr extension, Tampa will offer at least a 3-yr)
