say what you want about him as a player, but the dude understands the position of quarterback. dude does great things with these kids at the E11

I've always believed great players make terrible coaches and great coaches were terrible players. Now Dilfer wasn't terrible, he made it to the nfl and has a Super Bowl ring, but he is a way better qb coach than anything

That's awesome. He seems like a really good dude. I'd play for him in a heartbeat.

Turns out Jameis called an audible to throw that play action pass.

Jameis was so impressive during that Elite 11. I knew Florida State would win a national championship after I watched that. I kid you not.

I heard Jimbo say in the post game interview with the ESPN crew that he (as in Jimbo Fisher) thought about running it, but decided to go with the pass.

Handful of qbs can turn a bad start into great finish. Very impressed with Winston all year and more impressed now. 4th qtr. 9/11 for 117 yards and two Tds and no sacks.

After the game, they had replays with a stopwatch showing how fast he started getting rid of ball late in game. He started throwing underneath and into some very small windows. Surgical.

Cant find the tweet. But it was a running play...but depending on the look of the defense it can be changed to a pop play pass to Benjamin. Will post the tweet when I find it again.

If he loses his wrs this year.....he is going to have to focus on being more surgical. Not sure they have guys waiting in the wings that can step in for Benjamin, Shaw, Greene.

I knew it....this whole time Jameis Winston's unnamed accuser was Trent Dilfer.

Dilfer was sending him so many sexual innuendos in that interview no wonder Winston thought he was good to go in
