I just don't understand why Auburn kept running wide and deep. FSU did a great job of shutting that down and Auburn must have lost 25 yards on those runs. Some drive killers by setting up 2nd and 12 to 15+ way too many times.

Disappointing loss for sure.

I didn't see the whole game, but I couldn't figure out why when they were up in the 3rd and 4th quarter they kept running the ball with 15 or more seconds left on play clock. Should have went into chew up clock mode.

They were trying to wear down the FSU defense and it worked. They were fricking dead by the end of the game.

yea but the auburn defense folded at the wrong time. reason for the loss. the fact is marshall is not that great of a passer and fsu played the game where they shut down certain running plays to make marshall win with his arm; sure auburn still got some great runs by mason but in the end that last fsu drive was way too easy for them.

True. FSU was gassed so maybe they just wanted to keep pushing. Those seconds added up and extended the game that's for sure.

I thought they slowed the tempo too much in the second half.

To be honest, I thought they were. 5-6 win team after LSU beat them and they looked so bad--because I knew LSU was way down this year. So, they did better than I expected, should have took a page out of the Les Miles play book and tried to make it a short game at the end

If Jimbo runs it 40x instead of letting Winston pass it 35, they probably win by double digits.

Not really... Just some head-scratching offensive play calling at random times.

Like the reverses... They had the FSU defense gassed and they ran those...

Marshall made some bad decisions to keep it. 4 or 5 of those.
