At least he changed his hard and fast 50 50 balance rule. I do kind of feel bad for the guy, by all accounts he's a good guy. He needs to go be an O Line coach somewhere

His lines at A&M were damn good, i know that much.

Indeed. We are still reaping the benefits. He would kill it in college just recruiting and developing an o line for a pro style offense

We need to hire Sherm to run our offensive lines, and recruit offensive talent. The guy isn't a good HC, but he knows football better than most coaches.
