Every time Peyton Manning loses a playoff game, you know the drill...

But why is it that he's the only one that gets so much criticism?

Aaron Rodgers has not been very good in the playoffs other than 2010.

Drew Brees has been awesome at home, but has had struggles in playoff road games.

Even the "master of clutch" Tom Brady has had some questionable playoff performances in recent years.

So what gives?

It's because he loses in the 1st round way to often and the media has declared him the GOAT. Fans dont like being told who is the GOAT it's our right to think who is the GOAT. How can the GOAT have multiple 1st round playoff exits at home when others have multiple Superbowl Wins and MVPs like Montana and Brady.

I think for the most part you're mistaking Drew Brees with the Saints defense.

Peyton had two hall of fame receivers, an elite RB at the time, and a good offensive line.

Rodgers has been doing what he's done with a subpar offensive line.

The best are always held to a higher standard than their peers by fans and the media. Look at all the shite Lebron took

What in the frick

In 2009 against AZ he threw for 400+ yards 4 TDs and had another rush TD. Not his fault his defense was terrible.

I think this thread would be helped by posting their playoff stats & W-L record.

I do think it's funny that last season Peyton and the Broncos offense outperformed Brady and the NE offense against Baltimore, but Peyton was ripped to shreds by the media and Brady pretty much went untouched. Double standard sons

Brady has 3 Super Bowls. He could never win another playoff game again and he'll never be accused of being average in the playoffs.

you know gronk didn't play vs the ravens, if you took demaryius thomas off the broncos their offense would be affected significantly despite having 2 other probowl caliber recievers and pro bowl caliber tight end

Why? 3 Super Bowls, 5 AFC titles, 17 playoff wins. How can he ever be considered average in the playoffs?

I know there are a lot more factors that go into each game than just the QBs play but if I'm not mistaken Joe Flacco already has as many playoff wins as Manning (9) and Manning still has some big upsets looming large over him (SD over Indy, Baltimore over Denver etc)

Joe Montana lost his first playoff game four times in his career.

Career playoff Passer Rating:

Brady: 87.4
Manning: 88.4

Brady is such an awesome postseason QB

BTW, in his last 8 playoff games, Brady's record is 3-5. So I guess he now sucks in the playoffs
