I've never used one, but we sell a lot of them. Good product from what I gather...don't think we've had any complaints on them. They guarantee no flare-ups

I've had an infrared grill (charbroil) for two years and love it...sears meat cooks evenly no flare ups...cooks fast so be aware of that...meat is nice and juicy not dried out
