They were open for 2 days in December, but sold out of all the spare beer they had

Should have made more right? Hope they didn't lose a lot of customers by the tap room being closed and businesses having to tell customers they were out of the beer.

There is still beer in accounts. They are only in 20 places right now. I think they will be ok

I dunno I couldn't find it when I was Shreveport for Christmas. Marilyn's was out and of course so was the brewery.

You would think if you have a hot product, get your arse back in the brewery and make some more. I was disappointed I couldn't get a growler when in town.

Me and my dad had this same convo. He said it was an egregious mistake to run out that quickly. I heard they had anticipated their initial run lasting a couple weeks and it went in a couple days? I mean, it's not like beer goes bad quickly .. I'd much rather have brewed too much and have to spread it out over a month rather than not brew enough right at the release.

Maybe their capacity / tanks just isn't enough ? I dunno

Ross, say I'm up in Natichitoches one weekend and decide to ride up on a Saturday and check it out. What are my options? The brewery? Tours? Tasting room? Rotolos?

They are making more. It takes a few weeks to make beer.

Obviously they underestimated how much they needed for their initial launch. I don't think they lost any customers because of it. People up here are starving to support good local businesses.

Probably a combo of small or not enough tanks and also not enough kegs. Kegs and storage tanks are expensive and people are thirsty.
