Can't register my Nike Fuelband because of the website

It says there is an error when picking the month of my birthday and wont let me advance to setting up the band.
Anyone else have this?
It isnt my computer that is causing the problem. I have used 3 different ones.

Using chrome: right click on month field, inspect element, change month manually.

Yes I did. Basically the months are missing from the drop down screen and say error or something like that in place of each month.

It was a hassle to register mine. Apparently the website is always malfunctioning. Give it an hour or two and try again.
