It was really only this year that he's performed so badly on the road. In fact, for a bit, we played better on the road.

It wasn't looking good early, but it looked as if he calmed down, focused, and overcame.

We were minus 2 and barely won
Those turnovers spotted them 10

Granted he finally seemed relaxed when we went run heavy in the second half. If we lean on it again in Seattle I expect a good game from him

True, but it may take just one game like this. I have to imagine it was getting in his head after a while.

Maybe just as valid of question would be if Sean Payton has learned to adjust his playcalling on the road?

Honestly, I thought Brees was done after the second pick.

Normally, it gets in his head and he spirals out of control.
But he got his head back in the game.

Great stuff.

If he has four quarters like his last 2 tonight

We win

I don't know the answer though. We will find out early I think

Most stubborn play caller in the league. I expect us to come out throwing and I hope he adjusts in game

We was terrible in the 1st half. However, he come back in the 2nd and had a solid game.

When Sean Payton commits to the run Drew is MUCH better on the road. Everybody's been screaming to run the ball on the road and set up Drew for PA passes. Once SP finally committed to the run, it looked like Drew's options opened up more and he was able to place the ball better. He still looks to be holding the ball too long and needs improved timing or feel with Stills when throwing downfield.

That deep INT should have been back-shouldered, but that's being very picky... but when you're getting paid like Drew you deserve the critique.
