Recast Breaking Bad with Big Time/Hollywood Actors

The great thing about TV shows...most of the times they cast unknowns or obscure actors. This helps us identify the actors as "that character"
However, if Hollywood JUST had to force/make known star actors in the role....who would have liked to seen? Or at least the best for the part. Here's my guess.
Walt - Gary Oldman
Jesse - Emile Hirsch
Hank - Bruce Willis
Gus Fring - Laurence Fishburne
Mike - Stellan Sarsgaard (sp) (A Euro take
..cant think of anyone from the US that can do a good enough job to match the original)

I like yours a lot actually. Although couldn't see Willis being vulnerable enough to play a weaker injured hank.

I watched Unbreakable the other day. Willis has the capability to pull off the "vulnerable" side. Just doesnt do it quite often.

Dean Norris is such an iconic Hank its hard to say.
The big reason is because he isn't acting playing Hank. He was a bit part in Starship Troopers today when I was flipping channels. Played that guy exactly like Hank.

Bryan Cranston was a voice actor first. His best known voice work was unbelievably several iconic villains from early Power Rangers. How about casting Breaking Bad with other Power Ranger alums?
Two more weird tidbits - His first real recognition was for said voice work, in fact the original Blue Ranger Billy had the fanon (fan created but later used in show) last name of Cranston. The name Billy Cranston was used by the early online ranger fans in the late 90s and became used officially by the parent company (Saban/Fox) when Malcom in the Middle became popular. Malcom in the Middle was originally developed by Saban (creator of Power Rangers) through 20th Century Fox TV and his work on Power Rangers led to his star making role as Hal.
One of villains he voiced as a malevolent sentient crystal that caused the Rangers to have bad dreams (so they would be too tired to fight and be destroyed). Its name? The Crystal of Nightmares.
