Jimmy Smith tweeted that Corey Raymond is doing work in Fla. Then he tweeted Jan. 17th will be a huge day for LSU.
Is that Dupree and Valentine's weekend?

I think Lorenzo Carter is visiting that weekend too, but I'm not 100%. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

Dupre, Speaks, Lo Carter, Valentine for sure

This is the Jimmy who predicted 2 for 5 right?

Would love to lock up Valentine and Speaks that weekend.
Carter is a long shot but would be KiKi Mingo part 2. Love his upside.
Of course, we need Chi.

Chi is coming. Pretty much any big name that we are after will be there along with a host of recruits. Pretty sure I remember seeing Speaks say he will be there as well

I think there is a better chance with Carter than you'd think. But let me preface this by saying don't get your hopes up, either.
He said at the UAAAG that his mom lightened up on the distance limit she set for his schools. He may have been wanting to see us and FSU the whole time, but couldn't really talk to us until recently.
He wants to play in a 4-3. He is a situation like Rashaan Evans. Both would already be committed to their "home" schools if they ran the defense they believe to fit in best.
DL history is important to him, and by God we have it.
I won't be totally shocked if we land him, but I'm not expecting it.

I've seen this posted here many times. Is there a link to an interview or article where this was said. His top 2 of UGA and Florida would both use him as an OLB type guy so I'm just trying to figure out where this comes from.

I thought i read in one of the Adoree threads that he is visiting on the 17th?

I'm about 99% sure I read on Florida's 247 that he would be a DE at Florida. Well, LISTED at DE I should say because they use a lot of different looks and would move him around.
I remember him saying he prefers a 4-3 but doesn't mind covering guys and playing 3-4. Said the coaches told him he would be rushing the QB the vast majority of the time at Georgia anyway.

Yeah nobody is really recruiting him for his pass coverage skills, it's all about the pass rush. Luckily UGA has had guys put up major sack numbers the past couple of years

Please. This guy was shooting with birdshot all night. If you change your prediction every minute your bound to get it right at some point.
