It's not illegal for him to start a clothing line is it? They can't stop you for starting a business can they? If they can, that's bullshite.

not sure. I believe his mom trademarked it. could she start the business...one would think. More importantly, it prevents someone else from making money on his name.....I mean other than the NCAA!!!!!
