"A lot of people find it easier to use than regular currency," says Jeansonne.

Jeansonne says for his clients there are a couple of potential advantages to using the digital currency. "There are a lot fewer fees than payment processing companies like Paypal or even some credit card companies," he says. "It's also more stable than the currencies in some countries, so some international clients may want to use it for that reason." At the moment Dore Jeansonne has no foreign clients, though it has in the past, but Jeansonne says he is intrigued by the technology and that it would be worth trying out. "No one has paid us with it yet but it's only been a couple of days," he says. "We'll see how it goes."
