If you were to hire two new coaches with recruiting in mind, who would they be?

They would have to coach a position too of course (I think that's how it works). So they would need some ability there. But first and foremost you'd be looking for recruiting ability.

Who ya' got? And what position on the staff?

Ed Orgeron as a defensive assistant.

Ed O and John Gruden.

Only because hiring Gruden solves everything, apparently.

Ed and Kiffin...

I would hire Kiffin in a heartbeat to recruit and be some offensive position coach.

I'm assuming you mean something realistic, right?

I mean, we can't say Nick Saban and Urban Meyer I'm guessing

I don't think we want the ncaa knocking on our door again. Kiffen is as slimy as trooper

I'd drop Stud and Ensminger asap. Neither of them bring anything to the table anymore. Our TE's and OLine suck and they are in over their head with recruiting.

Can someone list some recruits Ed O has landed?

Not flaming, just everyone says Ed O but I have no idea who he's recruited.

Thanks

I was thinking a well respected, well connected high school coach out of either NOLA or North Louisiana for at least one of the spots.

But I don't have enough knowledge to say who in either place.

If Ensminger goes admin position:
Tim Brewster to coach TE's

If McGaughey(sp?) or Raymond were to go:
Ron Zook

If Haley got pulled away:
Sal Sunseri for DL

If Stud goes:
Searles or the OL coach at Ark

Jabar Julukke, TE's, Ben Wilkerson, OL
JULukke ensures you never lose a Karr or St Aug kid and Wilkerson is from East Texas.
Both are currently working in North LA, where we seem to have a problem.
Eta: Because I think Orgeron is unattainable.
