Marijuana OD's are not possible. Experiencing exacerbated symptoms caused by too much marijuana is possible, but not an actual OD.

No, it fricking can't.

It can, however, exacerbate underlying characteristics of the disease that laid dormant for years.

It doesn't cause it, but may bring it to the surface in order to make the diagnosis easier to ascertain.
