These frickers need to be made an example of, this is some shite Russia would do.
Also, giving it the name "Knockout Game" is the absolute worst way the media has treated this. Now potential attackers know about it and want to try their hand. frick them all.

Port Allen Police , what a joke. All they do is hang around the red lights and wait for someone to right on red. They also wait by the on ramp checking inspection stickers, other then that you would have a better chance with Barney Fife finding out who done this

Two things, first switch it to the "I am douche bag game." Calling it the knockout game only encourages. At least when they get caught it will go down as they were playing, "I am a douche bag game."
Second, this is one of those things where everyone needs to come together. If people see this happen in person. Everyone should beat the person down so that they see there is a bigger risk to doing this stupid game. I know you should not take matters into your own hands but these cowards are doing this to older woman. They don't deserve to be on the street. I have read of elderly women being victims to this and it is a game that could kill someone. I am okay with a good jail sentence being handed out for this crime. Let the guy who sucker punched an old lady spend time with bubba who did a lot worse.

That's all the city parish and city marshals do. there isn't really any other way for them to make money.
