Thanks for the update but not happy with the standings. I need the stock markets to jump and interest rates to jump even more. Even though there are 6 months left it looks like I can say, "wait until next year."

You were pretty aggressive with your stock market predictions and you might be proven right before the year is over.

I just have a difficult time understanding what's driving the stock markets now other than the Fed's zero interest rate policies. If that's what's doing it, we're in for a big fall when rates finally do go up.

However, a talking head on CNBC yesterday morning around 6:00 AM was predicting that the Fed will be forced to keep interest rates near zero for "many years to come."

When corporations can borrow money for less than half the rate of their dividend yield, something is screwed up in a macro sense.
