I am sure lots of folks in S. La and Texas are familiar with this outfit. CEO/Pres bought $2mil+ of stock in November at just under $25. Now at $26 or so but has lost some the last few days and is lower today. Waiting a bit more until I place my stake in this.

Any insight out there?

This is very un-scientific, but you don't spend a boatload of cash to build a new cutting edge headquarters if bright days aren't on the horizon.

I did think the company releasing shitty guidance, then the CEO buying over $2M in stock, then updating the guidance to being more positive is shady.

FYI, I'm in at $23.93. Bought right after the negative guidance was issued around the time the CEO bought shares.

I would argue the exact opposite

Looks like you picked some up today.

Anyone know the reason for the 3% drop today? I don't see any news on Google or Yahoo finance, nor on the Franks page.

Yes I did. I have heard no bad news either. Although a friend with Exxon tells me that the with the Iran situation cooling it would not surprise him to see oil in the $70 range this summer. I think he's nuts but if that happens it would definitively slow drilling, you would think. But what do I know?
