Not sure if this had been talked about yet, but why didn't Monty play AA last night? Seems to me he would've done much better than Steimsma being in the lineup. He was garbage last night.

He is garbage every night. He got one really good offensive RB at the rim and instead of throwing it down and at min getting fouled, he decided to kick it out to a Portland player.

Stiemsma took all of his minutes. We didn't need him in this game as we needed the spacing from Anderson and Davis who got the bulk of the minutes. Ajinca is a utility player who usage will vary from game to game.

Yeah he played but for how many seconds? And I think it's clear now that he is much better than shithead steimsma

I think it's obvious that MW player rotation and substitutions are fricking retarded!

Ajinca is no All-Star, but he's a way better option than Steimsma. I get that Ajinca probably doesn't fully know the playbook, but there's no reason Steimsma should be getting more minutes than him going forward, especially the first game off of an injury.

Ajinca was a walking foul last night. You couldn't put Portland in the bonus early last night and let them shoot free throws.

Ajinca would have heavily contributed to doing that.

Jrue and Reke have to learn how to act like they being assaulted when they drive to the hoop. Apparently that is how NBA refs are taught to call fouls.

Seriously though, Reke should go to the foul line more but I am convinced he doesnt bc of his strength (he really just absorbs the contact and it doesnt really affect his shot).

The same thing happens to Gordon regarding getting foul calls. He will get knocked down and the refs won't give him a call. I don't know what it is about our guards, but the refs aren't doing them any favors.

Its bc they need to go to the James Harden/CP3 flopping academy. They need to learn how to flail their arms around like they have stabbed in the back when they drive the lane.

Monty had Ajinca guarding the final inbound last night and almost had a heart attack watching him stand there with arms by his side. had to scream at him to get his arms up

It really confuses me that the NBA doesn't crack down on this. All it does is slow the game down (and when guys like Harden, Dirk, and Manu are playing you can expect an even slower game) and nothing is more boring at an NBA game then watching free throws.

Not sure if this has been settled yet, but who is AA?

Al Aminu or Al Ajinca?
