I always recommend Patois for Sunday Brunch. Get the Fried Mississippi Rabbit.

Dinner depends on how much $$$ you're willing to spend.

I've been to August and Luke, but never Stella...would that be an appropriate venue for a bunch of nerdy docs?

Seriously though, Cochon is a good place for a group.

You can dress pretty casual and don't have to worry about disturbing the table next to you. They serve some stiff drinks. Manly food.

I only went once. Date got the rabbit. I got the croque monsieur.

I have reservations at Arnauds and Atchafalaya for this coming Sunday, but everyone says to go with Atchafalaya.. and it's cheaper, so I'm okay with that.

Arnaud's brunch items are like $35/per.

I'd stay away from brunch as I wouldn't want to have my eating schedule altered for a few days eating a meal that is either 3 hours late or 2 hours early. The stomach pains at 3 pm stemming from a brunch eaten at 10 am after said brunch has been digested and effectively out of the body just isn't worth it to me.

Let the boys eat a continental breakfast at the hotel around 7am and be somewhere for a nice lunch around 11:30. This way their schedule isn't skewed and they will be ready to eat their wives' meal when they get home that evening.

For brunch, Atchafalaya or Apolline

Cochon is great suggestion for dinner. I'd also suggest La Boca.

One dinner at La Boca, another at Peche or Cochon.

Brunch at Sylvain.
