I have CVX tonight, too.

I'm battling a head cold with cough. I think I can still do the workout, though.

I haven't missed a workout, not one. Of course, this is my first time being sick in a long time.

Nice.. I've battled a bad knee and disk issues in my lower back.. Finally feel mobile enough to actually get it done this time

Gonna be starting up again on Sunday I think. My first attempt lasted 2 months and was going great before my world got flipped all around and shite. Now that things are settling down a little it's time for me to get back to exercising and hopefully release some of this stress that's causing so many issues. Really looking forward to this go and completing the 90.

My bro!

Yeah, I don't have fever. If I had fever, I would just rest. It's only a sore throat, head congestion, and a cough. My body isn't sore or anything.

Did I tell you I'm doing a P90X/X2/X3 hybrid schedule? It looks insane. I start it after Block 3.

Here is the link to it.

nah it's pretty much just a pain management thing at this point. im almost at 3 months off, it's healed some, just not as much as i hoped. done some range of motion and therapy exercises (had a right shoulder injury when i was in college so im doing similar shite) the biggest thing is it fricks with my pushup abilities and i have a tough time accepting that. just gotta push through it brother

That's rough.

I have so much shite popping when I do pushups it scares me. No pain, though.

Just did upper resistance and my arms are completely gassed. Can barely lift them.

Does anyone else think the "rocket launcher" position for rows puts too much pressure on your knees? I always skip rocket launcher exercises for this reason.

If you engage your core, keep your back leg strong, it shouldn't put any pressure on your knees.

Which DVD are you talking about, specifically?

Had CVX tonight. Fighting through this damn cold and cough. Made it, though.

Twist & Pivot is one of the hardest moves, imo.
