He's prob UGA bound, but, nothing's final until ink hits paper. I have a friend who's the Baseball coach at Norcross. I'll see what I can find out.

I think brick has done a great job and we finish second to UGA. Still great work by coach haley just to have us in it.

Yep. It really all boils down to if he wants to play OLB or DE. Brick is selling the mingo role hard and putting in nice work.

Think he said he wants to play in 4-3. If they can win moms approval on the official we have a chance. As already stated, he is Mingo like with a chance to be bigger and stronger.

I have a good feeling about him but it always is understandable when one wants to stay at home.
It just feels like he would leave a good opportunity on the table by not coming to LSU with his major and being a football fit.

Track record with defensive linemen is important to this guy. He reminds me of Mingo on and off the field. Smart,personable, and very athletic.

I'm not sure we can pull a kid without getting an official visit on campus first.
We'll need him to come down after this week if we have any chance. If he announces at the game, it's probably a lost cause.

At least we're still in the picture. Like several above said, we get him on campus we have a realistic shot to get him away from UGA.
If Brick can pull off Carter AND Valentine... watch out.
I do know for a fact Brick took the defensive line's lackluster play this year personally. No one pointed fingers, he's just taking upon his own shoulders. So the recruiting + riding Gilmore/Herron + development of Neal/Lacouture he plans on bringing LSU DL back up to 2011 standards.
