SEC looks weak, again
It's an 18 game schedule I think
I'm gonna set the o/u at 12
Out of 18 games there's only 4 vs teams currently ranked
2 vs UK (#18)
Vs fla (#13)
Vs mizz (25)

I think we get 13 or 14. This team is very, very good.
We play UK twice but we only play UF and Mizzou once (UF on road, Mizzou at home). If we can manage a split with UK and take care of Mizzou at home we could go as well as 15-3 IMO. I'll say 13-5 to be safe though.

I agree this is a great team but there's no way we beat every team we "should" beat

If we win our first 5 SEC games, it will be tough to be any worse than 8-5 the rest of the way out in SEC play.

Road conference games are always tough no matter the opponent.
Could possibly tie for 1st in division with 12 wins but no worse than 2nd.
I hope I'm wrong and they win 13 or 14 and the division and/or conference.

Oops! I'll admit that I haven't followed basketball closely the last few years after being a big fan for a long time starting in the late 70s. 
Still 12-6 with a top 4 finish in the conference is possible. Better than that will take good fortune with no major injuries and a few lucky bounces of the ball.

My season predictions went this way, back in November.
OOC, need to be at least 10-2. Need to win at least 3 of the following games: UMass, @Texas Tech, and the 3 games in Orlando. If we beat Rhode island on Sat, we will accomplish that minumum.
SEC, I am assuming losses @UK and @UF.
We need to go at least 8-1 at home. Crucial home games, Jan 7 Tennessee, JaN 21 Mizzou, and Jan 28 Kentucky.
7 crucial road games in the SEC
MUST wins--Jan 11 Carolina, Feb 6 UGA, Feb 12 A&M, and Mar 6 Vandy. If we win these 4 road games and go at least 8-1 at home, we'll get to 12 SEC wiuns which is my goal for us this year.
Games to STEAL a win on the road---Jan 15 Ole MIssy, Jan 25 bama, and Feb 15 Arkie. If we get beat in a MUST WIN game, we'll need to win one of these.
If LSU ends up 12-6 in SEC and 10-2 OOC, we'll be at 22-8 going into the SEC Ty. Win 1 game there and I think we can make the NCAA.
