My boss has a Amex Centurion (black) Card and uses the concierge all the time. It even had shirts delivered to his hotel for him once. We got reservations at Ivy in LA when they were booked.
I know it is a card for ballers, but if you are picking apart concierge services maybe you fall into the baller category.
I personally have used the presidential plus (Chase) service a few times for reservations and tickets to events. Always came through but I didn't try for extremely hard seats.

I used my Amex concierge to get version to come into and install my cable internet... They kept delaying. Amex called and the showed up exactly when the said they would... Only time I have used them in my 1.5 years of having them.
