Has Rob Schneider ever been remotely good?

Watched 50 First Dates today and I want to hate him but kinda like his role. So much fail in his other roles, was he ever good in any other role? I'm sure he was occasionally funny on SNL. Is his stand up good? He has been in more stupid movies that I care to remember.

Great in Necessary Roughness.

He's Sandler's boy so he gets WAY more roles than he should.

He didn't have hardly any good characters on SNL. The Making Copies guy was the only one that stands out to me. He was mostly used as an extra in most skits.

I can't think of any movies that I'd give him a big thumbs up.

Thought he was great in 50 First Dates as well. He was okay in some bit parts in Sandler stuff, but when he tries to carry a movie it's awful.

He was interviewed on a late night show (can't remember for sure but I think it was Tom Snyder since it was a call in question) and someone called in a question to ask if he was really naked in the SNL "Naked Guy" skit.

Schneider replied yes, that he was indeed naked. The person replied "I thought you must have been, because it wasn't really funny on television but people in the studio were dying laughing"

No. Then again, neither has Adam Sandler.
