My biggest issue with Gordon

Lets face it...Gordon has one of the top 5 worst contracts in the NBA this season. I get it. However, the talent is clearly there. He's not as explosive as he was in LA, but he is still a very potent option on the offensive end. With that being said, my issue with Gordon is consistency. I mean I get we have 3-4 players who can light it up on any given night, but its hard watching a guy with a max contract become totally absent for 3-5 game stretches. I do believe part of it is the system we run. I do not think Monty helps Gordon on the offensive end as he ends up in the corner a lot. Also, he does not get the amount of minutes you would expect from a max contract player, but that is obviously to protect his health. For me, I would not yet consider Gordon an expendable piece, but I want to see consistent scoring and perimeter shooting from him.
