I was on a date when I saw the movie, she wanted to see it, and that movie was so ridiculously uncomfortable. It was crazy how stubborn both were and they could have made it easily.

I mean, that's what life is, a series of down endings.

Who the hell goes to see a movie called "the breakup" on a date? Was someone trying to send a message?

that movie was pitched as sort of a romantic comedy especially having Vince Vaughn and Jennifer Anniston in it at the time. She was the one that wanted to see it and it was a second or third date, nothing to break up since we weren't really dating at the time.

And I wish it was with the girl in my avi, I would marry that girl right now given the chance. She's bad.

I liked the movie and I liked the ending because it was realistic.

You could run into your ex on the street tomorrow and what happens is entirely up to the two of you. It's wide open. Just like the end of the movie.

Real life doesn't have guaranteed happily ever after. You go with what you know when you know it. That's what the Breakup allows you to do. It's different, and because it's different, I like it.

It was realistic to a point. I would personally never do some of the stupid shite that they did to each other during a breakup, I would have just moved out while the place was being sold. The stupid hyjinx were what got me.
