Where to park?

Going to our first game tonight and I wanted to know where the best place to park is that isn't expensive?

There's a lot across the street on Poydras, not sure what the price is for it, though. I know there is also a lot on LaSalle near Poydras, that I believe was only like $6 a day, not sure about night time.
Can't be much more help, I park at LSU because I have a student and employee parking pass.

I would just park for free on St. Charles between the interstate and Poydras (almost always spaces available). Take the money you would have spent on parking on drinks at Ditcharo's and drink them on the ~5 minute walk.

I always park on Perdido. There are usually still spots available about 10 minutes to tipoff.

Free parking on the street on Loyola by the Hyatt. After 6, you dont need to pay to park in meter spaces. I always get there around 5:30, but a spot in that area on the street can be found farther away if you arrive later.
